1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of www.mialightverse.com and the purchase of pieces from MIA Lightverse (“MIA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Our pieces

MIA creates sacred-geometry fine jewelry. Each piece is made to order and finished by hand. Because our pieces use natural materials and traditional craft, small variations in stones, color, and finish are natural and are part of the character of a handcrafted piece. Product images are presented as faithfully as possible, but colors may appear differently across screens.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it and payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you.

4. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown on the relevant product or order page and may be displayed in more than one currency. The price charged is the price confirmed at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply in your country, as set out in the Shipping section.
• We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.

5. Made to order and lead times

Our pieces are crafted after you order. Our standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks before dispatch, and we will keep you informed if a piece needs longer. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Shipping and delivery

• We ship worldwide. Shipping is arranged through trusted carriers and your order is handled with care.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your piece on arrival and contact us promptly if there is any issue.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on your destination. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier, and may be affected by customs or events outside our control.

7. Personalized and made-to-order items

Because each piece is made to order, and many are personalized to you, they are prepared specifically for you. Personalized and bespoke pieces, including pieces customized to a Personal Code or to your specifications, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or not as described. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Returns, faults, and care

If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will work with you to repair, replace, or refund it as appropriate. To help your piece last, please follow any care guidance we provide. Damage caused by wear, accident, or improper care is not considered a fault.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, our interpretations of sacred geometry, text, images, graphics, and the MIA name and marks, is owned by or licensed to MIA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our prior written permission.

10. Wellbeing and observations disclaimer

MIA jewelry is designed to support a sense of balance, coherence, and presence in daily life. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Any biofield or Bio-Well GDV Camera material on our site is presented for energetic observation only, and results may vary from person to person. Nothing on our site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

11. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict access if these terms are breached.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of our website or products will be subject to the courts of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect at the time you place an order apply to that order.
